ServiceStadium SMS Terms and Conditions

Program Description

ServiceStadium provides automated SMS messaging services on behalf of home service contractors. Messages may include missed call responses, lead follow-up, appointment confirmations, service reminders, and review requests.

Opt-In

By contacting a ServiceStadium contractor via phone call or web form submission you consent to receive SMS messages from that contractor's business in response to your inquiry.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the business. You may receive up to 10 messages per month per contractor relationship.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. ServiceStadium is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier.

Opt-Out

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from further messages from that contractor. You will receive one confirmation message confirming your opt-out and no further messages will be sent.

Privacy

Your personal information including your phone number is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
